Pizza Hut

I ordered on line. My order was correct, my ordered was delivered early-Which I was so happy!- Everything was still hot, the delivery driver was professional.

The food is decent here. But I had my order delivered and they forgot one of my pizzas. Thankfully it wasn't one for the kids it was mine. I called to tell them and the "manager" was not apologetic at all. She was dry and rude. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience just asked if I wanted the pizza or a credit, when I said I wanted my pizza she said ok. And then I said are they going to deliver it she said "ya" I said ok and then she hung up. Worst service I've ever had. Honestly I don't know if I want to order from here again. I like pizza huts pizza but the customer service was horrid. Can't believe someone with that type of attitude (talking in a tone like they hate their job and like it's my fault they forgot my pizza) has a management position. As a food service owner I would NOT employ this person. Hopefully corporate takes a look into the behavior and retrains or finds a suitable replacement.

Great place and service

Delivery is always fast, pick up is usually fast. I've never had a problem with my order.

Pizza coming from there are always excellent. The people there are great. I CAN'T complain about one thing there. ALL of it is good n great.

Expensive!!!! $15 for a large cheese pizza!!! NEVER again!!! NOBODY knew the menu or if there were any deals!!! Does this look like extra sauce?!?!
