Absolutely terrible don’t waste ur time

I ordered the $7 deal which consisted of a half pepperoni/sausage Pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza looked oddly shaped, burnt and unevenly cut. The cheese sticks were pretty good but over all I will not visit this location again. Please look at the reviews before ordering before you are disappointed.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night 1/24/24 and it was not good at all. I’ve been to the Kirkman location plenty of times. When my family came home with my pizza it was barely cut into slices which meant I had to break it apart. For a pizza it was really tuff. The taste was gross and was like cardboard. Not sure what cardboard taste like but I’m sure that pizza was similar. Doubt I’ll be ordering anytime soon again. Not the best quality

I seriously have no clue how this location is still in business. If it was up to me I would shut them down for good. The manager is very rude. I went the other day and was waiting in line. Some other people came in after me and stated they were picking up customer orders for Uber Eats and Door Dash. The manager started to tell them all Uber Eats and Door Dash orders would not be fulfilled so they left. When I got to the front of the line I advised the manager that I had a mobile order and she proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me talking about "did you not hear me when I said all Uber Eats and Door Dash orders were cancelled? Do you not listen?!" I advised her that I am neither an Uber Eats or Door Dash customer and that I had placed an order on the Pizza Hut app. She then proceeded to get my order. No apology. Don't raise your voice at me like I am one of your kids. I am a paying customer. If you are stressed out or overworked you call it a day and go home. If you plan to call them to place an order, well goodluck. They NEVER answer their phone EVER. Sometimes when you go there is no line so I go right to the front counter only to have employees stare at me from the back of the kitchen and then proceed to rudely ignore you before coming out to assist you 5 or 10 minutes later. They don't do curbside pickup even though the app and website both give you the option to select that for this location. No wonder pizzahut is bankrupt! No idea how this location is still in business!

Ordered pizza for a relative 700 miles away, Josephine the manager got it all going and delivered in under 30 minutes! Amazing!
