Pizza Hut

It was probably a mistake but my pizza wasn’t good at all. The service and the pizza’s temperature was perfect but the taste was gross

Ordered a pizza at 6pm, they said it would be delivered at 7. Long wait for a pizza but whatever it’s presumably a busy time of the evening. 7 comes around, then 7:15…then 7:30… turns out this location had ONE driver they couldn’t contact for some reason and our pizza didn’t show up until 7:40. We waited an hour and 40 mins for a $35 cold, doughy pizza. Cant blame the teenagers working in the store, or the poor single delivery driver, but this is ridiculous. Managers need to either staff their store better or take less orders.

Their thin crust pizza is always the best.

I made an online order with an expected delivery time of 35-45 minutes. After an hour I called the store to get a status on my order, I was told they had to remake one of the items on my order and that it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called the store and I was told the driver was about to deliver my food in a few minutes and was right down the road. After another 15 minutes, I called the store and no one answered. Called again and no one answered. Waited 20 more minutes, no answer at the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I decided to go to Little Caesar’s for pizza. While at Little Caesar’s (at the 2 hour mark) the delivery driver showed up to deliver the Pizza Hut order and was rude when my friend simply asked why it took so long. The food was cold and service was absolutely terrible. I called the store for a refund and was told they could only give me a store credit for the amount of the order ($52.15). I waited 3 weeks to make another order and was told that my credit was only $20 and they will not give me the full amount. This is not the way to do business and keep customers satisfied. I refused to take the $20 and will no longer be doing business with this location or any Pizza Hut.

I won’t order from Pizza Hut ever again ordered a cheese pizza I live 0.8 minutes away it took 35 minutes to get here and it was cold the crust was stiff Pizza Hut is going downhill
