i love pizza hut i always get a thin and cripsy large pepperoni with 8 bonless wings i love it today hunter and robert where great friends i made they where so welcoming and friendly and overall great service give them a raise

Under New Management yay They got rid of the old manager who didn't care and food was terrible, service was terrible. This time food was great and manager was very kind and professional.

Amanda the new manager is TERRIBLE. Absolute trash! She is rude, has a nasty attitude, and lacks any type of customer service. She refused to honor something a previous manager put on my account simply because she’s the new manager. I will not be frequenting this location anymore. She is horrible!!!

I have never had a bad pizza from here! I only wish they weren’t understaffed because they can have you waiting for some time before someone comes from the back! Pizza is always well done & delicious.

I waited two hours for a medium pizza to be delivered. I called and she said give it 20 more minutes. I waited another 30 minutes called again and she couldn't locate my order and put me on hold. Then after holding a manager gets on Amanda and had a nasty tone and attitude. "You wanted to talk to a manager?" No I was on hold after I asked the status of my order. It's been 2 hours. She put ne on hold to look then you came on. I wish I could've recorded the convo. I lost my voice. I was talking very low and calm and she just came off rude. Cut me off when I tried to provide the proper phone number to get the order. "Yea sorry someone called out should be there any minute ". Hung up. Didn't offer any compensation whatsoever. It's over two hours I'm still waiting for my order. I was very understanding until she got on the phone. She should not be a manager what awful service

Worst experience ever pizza box look liked it fell on the floor and I had mushrooms on the side of pizza box and something that look liked a bug

No respect for the customer

Last night my children the rest of my family and I had the most unpleasant and traumatic experience. Finding a huge chunk of hair from one of the employees at this specific location was without a doubt the most disgusting EVER. The worst thing is that the manager and employees did not apologize or give it the importance that a situation requires in my opinion. As a customer we didnt feel valued. We will take this case to the final consequences.
