Waited way too long to pick up my pizza. It wàs ready but no one from the back came to help the guy at the counter. Some lady walked in before me to place and order and had a million questions. I should have been in and out. By the time the 4th customer walked in they were like whoooaaa... Are we all here to pick up a pizza? So, I finally ask the manager who was slightly seen in the back if he could pass me my pizza. He was nice about it but should have been more willing to come assist. It's like he didn't care. My pizza was a remake. The first one was burnt. This one was better but not 100%. Customer service needs to be better.

The Pizza Hut I go to has always had the Pizza ready for me to pick-up and the pizza is always hot.
