Pizza Hut

Driver never showed up after giving specific instructions after she called me, spoke with manager and he insinuated that I was not telling the truth. While speaking with the manager I was informed that will be 24 to 48 hours for a refund, and not to my surprised I did NOT receive my refund. Its been over a week and the funds was still taken from my account. Unfortunately, this is not a professional atmosphere, and would no longer due business with this company nor recommend it. Constructions workers can not order lunch from this place and expect delivery, even if there is a building there.

Pizza is nasty to me but my daughter likes it and it’s convenient for me sometimes! Hate going in and making orders because it’s always a problem especially with seantell always has an attitude and is pretty disrespectful to customer! I be literally scared to eat food from there after encounter with her!

My order was wrong, called the store, on hold for 35 minutes, someone finally picked up, I explained my concern and they put me on hold AGAIN. Horrible

We usually don't have an issue with the food or service from this location but tonight, when I take a bite from a Cinnabon mini and find a long dark hair in the first bite, I get pretty grossed out. This is the first time I've ever had that experience. Seems to me that restaurants need to go back to wearing hair nets. Do better! I just wish I could post the picture I took of it.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I ordered at 4:30 pm and the estimate delivery time was 5:07pm. By 5:20pm I began trying to call the store but would either on hold for 10 minutes or be hung up on. Then at 5:40 our order status changed to “on its way.” However after waiting for half an hour more, by 6:10pm I decided to drive down the store location. Because I had already fed my family something else, I explained that I just wanted a full refund and to speak with a manager. I was then told that I couldn’t receive any type of credit off my next order because I had already accepted the refund. And the manager refused to compensate anything after such an awful inconvenience this had caused.

Been going here for quite some time and this time was the worst service ever this is an added note to my previous rating this place has fallen apart on service and food quality i only chose it because its the closest pizza place to my home, Pizza hut has lost its PaZazz and the pizza quality has depreciated drastically.
