Order online 2 large pizzas and an order of wings, got home and found out i was short 2 wings, i called and talked to "cintia" the manager and expected to get credit for the mistake for next purchase like they did before like a whole pizza or the whole order of wings for the inconvinience,instead she offered me the 2 wings only wich in my opinion is not enougth due to the time and gas money to comeback, The situation does not sound that bad exept that when i called from home all i got was attitude and even before i could explain how was the order wrong she cut me off and said "i took that order nothing was wrong", then i said yes i got the 2 pizzas and the wings but i am 2 wings short then she did not said let me put you on hold l or nothing, she left and i could hear her saying to someone else that i was liying, at this point i am upset becuse of she thinking i was liying and the option she gave me. Then i asked to get a better option like the whole order of wings like they did before then she replied "that was before this is now". Then i tried to explain to her why she should do better and i asked her have you ever got home after buying fast food to find out they messed up your order and she replied " that has never happend to me i check my order before i leave". Also she was not trying to listen, she kept triying to cut me off repeating my 2 options and when i asked for her last name(wich ok i understand maybe that is too much she said "do yo want my social security too?" I really think she could of have done better and not been so blunt and rude after all she is a manager and was not empathetic of the situation and yes is only 2 wings but is the principal of things and the how professional you perform in any job. I only had 2 or 3 mistakes done out of many visits. Food is always good.
Dave the manager was so nice and accommodating, he let me know about the specials, food is always great
