Pizza Hut

I made my order at 3:12 pm for it to be delivered at 6:30 pm. At 6:17 pm I received a text telling me it was out for delivery. At 6:50 pm I called the store and told them my order had not been delivered yet. The manager told me that she didn't know what happened, but the driver was on his way and that I was supposed to be his first order. At 7:10 pm I called the store back, but they would not answer so the call was transferred to the call center. I told them what happened and that my order was done cooking over an hour before, and I wanted the store to make it again. She said she would cancel the original order and resubmit it. 10 minutes later the driver showed up with the original order and I told him to take the order back because it was being made fresh. 7:35 pm another driver showed up and I accepted the order. When I opened the boxes, I discovered they gave me the wrong order. I call back AGAIN and told the manager. She said that the call center had submitted the wrong order and that she would personally make the missing items. I finally got my complete order at 8:24 pm. Now I don't know about you, but I feel that giving them 3 hours' notice to deliver my order by 6:30 pm was enough and it should have been here on time. I got my order 2 HOURS LATE. I think I should have gotten at least my money back for the incredible amount of time it took to finally get my order but no.

Ordered a pepperoni, Italian sausage,meatball, and onion pizza and also the meat lovers pasta and cheese bread.. the pasta was delicious as were the pizza and cheese bread except for the crust was. It was way to dark and over cooked.. the place was empty except for the staff and there was only one of them that i seen. And he looked to be doing it all on his own..

My delivery driver was very kind and my order was delivered hot and timely. Great experience!

The hand tossed mushroom & pepperoni pizza was awesome. Danielle was so nice even on a very busy night. Pizza Hut has improved so much!!!! I'll definitely order from there again.
