Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and the sausage was missing, but I was charged for the sausage. Before eating it with my family, I tried calling the store over three times and it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up on me. I wouldn't be complaining if I was not charged for the sausage, but I was, and their customer service is non-existent. This is why I never order pizza from Pizza Hut. I always go with Domino but wanted to try something different last night. I am going to stick to Dominos. pizza better imo.

I wanted to order 5 large boxes two miles away from the restaurant and they said we were out of range. What a bummer.

I don't know when Pizza Hut started using DoorDash for deliveries but this was a BAD CALL. I hate using DoorDash as the delivery drivers always get the order wrong and have a bad attitude. Last night was no exception. They forgot all my drinks and then gave me attitude when I told them to return and get the rest of the order. I had to call Pizza Hut and complain for another door dasher to be sent out with my drinks - we were DONE with our meal by the time they got here. I will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut again for delivery as long as they use DoorDash. Horrible experience and makes Pizza Hut look even worse.

We got everything wrong and over price we said just chicken and mushroom there’s pepperoni in there

The prices are different from other places and and they order wasn’t right

THEY DON'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!! They don't read the instructions on how to slice your Pizza, and if they do they cut it after making The regular Slices, so the pizza ends up being Irregularly Cut.
