Pizza Hut

Greeted me when I walked in. They seemed busy making more orders, but even so, I only had to wait a few minutes to be handed my order. Waiting area was a bit dirty. Pizza ordered was on time and tasted great, toppings were plentiful.

Food was good but the welcome to pizza hut wasn't there. The place is a delivery hub looks like it. That might explain the dry reception. Good food though.

I ordered from the website but a DoorDash driver delivered it , that doesn’t make any sense.

Customer satisfaction is not the goal. Placed an order online called to confirm the order and it was still incorrect when I arrived to pick up. Instead of making a new pizza they added cheese to the first one and placed it back in the oven. The pizza was hard and burnt.

I order pizza for my husband for the Superbowl game Sunday the 11. I order a large 3 topping pizza like I always do they charged me $33.21 so see if wasn't being ripped off I ordered a pizza from a different store which charged $12.09. I call the store and customer service I spoke with the young man at the Pizza Hut call center he saw where they over charged me but claimed he couldn't do nothing about it so then I called customer service where the lady stated that she would forward my ticket to upper management where I heard anything from anybody yet. They took my money and fail to reply to me. I feel some kind of way about my hard earn money being taking. Especially when the pizza didn't have all the toppings. I don't know why it's so hard to get into with management at this store the phone was busy until they closed. I changed my favorite store to Vaughn Rd.

The food was good but the customer service was rude. Parking: The parking lot had tras everywhere.
