Pizza Hut

First of all, make sure you let people know when you’re out of things. I placed my order online and added marinara sauce to my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy gave me my total, I asked him about my marinara sauce, and he said they didn’t have anymore. I’m glad I asked because he would have charged me for not having marinara sauce. He said I’ll go ahead and remove it so you won’t be charged. He then asked his manager to put in his code because I didn’t want the marinara sauce. HUH?! Sir, you said you all didn’t have anymore marinara sauce. So he corrected himself. Also, please don’t touch your do-rag and touching your clothes while you cut someone else’s pizza. My pizza was already cooked since I placed mine online. I just had to say a good ‘ole prayer as always when I got home. The pizza looked good and fresh. As I was eating my personal, pan pizza, there was a piece of paper stuck on the back of my pizza, (BIG sigh) . I was DONE after that and just threw the pizza away. I haven’t had PH in years and was craving their pizza. I won't be back to this location.

The worst service I have ever seen. Waited over an hour and never received my order. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to give me a refund. The staff is rude and obnoxious. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

The pizza was excellent

They cancelled my order at the last minute and when I called to ask the reason the worker on the phone was very rude and irate, wouldn’t allow me to speak or ask questions continuously kept cutting me off and after I asked for the corporate number she yelled in the phone “This Is Corporate “ and hung up in my face. This was such an horrible experience. I don’t recommend them to anyone

I love the service received and my pizzas from this location are always well-made and scrumptious!
