The owner refuses to being back dine in style. Get rid of your fake commercial. You are not a restaurant anymore

We ordered two medium speciality pizzas for delivery for $39.98. The website changed it to pickup so we called to fix that concern. We got charged for a tip of 18% which we agreed to initially then was told there is an additional amount for delivery which we reluctantly agreed to. We got charged three times at this point. When we called to fix that we were hung up on four times so at this point we thought it is two blocks away might as well just pick up the pizzas. We were admittedly quite frustrated at this point. Ordering pizza should not be this challenging. The manager Billy said we would only be charged for two medium speciality pizzas and that it would take several days to resolve the other charges with the bank. We will update this review after the New Year. We will never order from Pizza Hut again. They obviously don't have their business together. Update - the two additional charges were removed. The pizzas were good not great. Sadly, we still will not eat here again and we used to love Pizza Hut. They need to get back to the way they were.

Pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious. Delivered quickly and friendly driver.

We ordered thru the app and picked up pizza box for our family .what a great deal for 14.99 . Plus the staff was polite .support pizza hut in missoula

Door locked. Says they are open but no signage.
