Pizza Hut

Food was nasty, I called in my order and got terrible service. Hung up on several times. When they delivered my food it was cold AND they forgot my drink. Don’t tip until you see your food. Not sure what female works at the front but she needs to be fired

Large pizza came in 7 cuts and supposed to be 8 slices worst customer service ever when I called so they can fix it

No one ever answered the phone. It’s impossible to change/cancel/etc an order you placed for later in the day/week. 100% impossible. Since an order placed with the app or online can’t be cancelled or changed via the app or online, all you can do is call, where you’ll never get a person to answer. This doesn’t change depending on the time you call; they just refuse to answer.

This is a carry out Pizza Hut. Everything is good with the exception of the amount of toppings they put on. The amount could be more than a small handful.

Waited 30 minutes *after the pick up time* for pizza to be ready. It does not take 45 minutes to make one pizza at 11:30 in the afternoon. Don’t waste your time here.

Recently ordered delivery for Lunch from the Marietta location. My Co-worker and I highly enjoyed our meals. The pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks were hot and delicious. The pizza, although a personal pan, was piled high with toppings and made exactly how I requested on my order. Will definitely order from here again.

Picked up 2 pizzas yesterday, order perfect, pizzas were hot and ready on time. Friendly attentive service. Thanks!

They don’t pay attention to items on the order Went to pick up my order waited 20mins and then the lady tells me she forgot to put the breadsticks in the oven and it would take another 10 plus minutes. I was doing DoorDash and this really kills our money and time! 3 times this has happened at this same place! I wonder if the get penalized when they are 20-30mins behind pick up time? I don’t want to ever go back here
