Pizza ordered showed up messed up & no one would pick up the phone after issue

Not the greatest place to order from. Ordered delivery and it did not go well. Had it marked as "No contact" but they still called and texted me like crazy while ringing my door bell. I opened the box and the pizza slices were all over the box. Some slices were even folded in on itself. The two pastas i ordered came unsealed so they both leaked on the box they came in. Just an all around bad time with this place. I definitely won't be ordering from this place for a while.

Only pizza place we order from that the drivers refuse to bring it to a second story apartment and just leave it in the entry. Edit my girlfriend really wanted pizza hut today and wanted to give them another chance and the exact same thing as normal happened. Dropped down to one star.

Very disappointed. Ordered a personal pan with mozzarella sticks and a 20 oz. Diet Dew. Food arrived later than what had been communicated when I ordered. Both the pizza and mozzarella sticks were cold (no marinara sauce with the sticks). The delivery person actually told me they ran out of delivery bags and she had to use a plastic bag! What???? And they charge $5 bucks for that!!! The dew was a regular not a diet! Never again - there are many other choices out there that have WAY WAY better customer service with a smaller price tag.

Received food an hour after it left the store, it was completely inedible! Tried to call the store, selected the option to speak with someone and got the message that the number was disconnected or out of service. Tried to contact corporate customer service. Unable to contact anyone by phone, have yet to receive a response from my message sent via "contact us". I do not recommend the High Crossing Blvd location in Madison WI!

I paid over 40 dollars to have one specialty pizza, one lg one topping pizza, a two liter of starry, and free cheese bread (which I redeemed with points.) Delivered. First of all, delivery took way over an hour, and ordering it took awhile too since their website is buggy and slow to begin with. Then I realized that my chicken luau pizza with Roma tomatoes (chicken,ham,bell peppers, pineapple, and tomatoes) was missing both the chicken and the green peppers, and all of my food items were lukewarm (if I'm being generous) and had to be heated in the microwave. I cannot believe that this was such a poor experience because I expected better from pizza but. I. Won't be a customer anymore after that horrible experience as a whole. I'm ordering toppers next time!

Placed order on app. They delivered the wrong pizza. I tried calling the store 13 times, kept routing me to a call center and no way to speak to anyone in the office.
