Never had a issue at this location, accidently placed a carryout instead of delivery. Called to get food delivered and Jasmine gone say oh its too late to switch. I'm sure it could have been switched, not that hard! So I asked for a confirmation of reimbursement and she gone say we don't give that just check within 7 to 10 business days or call back. But before that gone say I can cancel & you can we order but money not back on your card right away. I'm pretty sure, if that was the case and I did do that, they was going to give me the same damn food thats been sitting there. Hell no! I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with a General Manager because make it make sense! Whoever Jasmine is, sound like she was tryna get smart because as she stated, the drivers would've asked for card and ID... No the don't, so is your drivers not doing their job??? I'm not happy! Her customer service sucks.
