Pizza Hut

On 2/10/24 I ordered 4 pizzas through the app to be delivered to my daughter’s school at 1:30. At 1:35 I got a notification saying that my order was ready and apparently the door dash driver had my food. Keep in mind I haven’t ever ordered from the app. I literally thought it was the drivers from the location that drove these orders. Boy was I wrong. It’s a third party now. So when I got the notification it say the order would get there at 1:45. That’s fine because I gave myself a 15 minute window. I wanted the pizza to be there around 1:40-1:45. This would be perfect. But somehow I was able to track my door dash driver and he was no where near the school or even Pizza Hut. I called the number provided and the driver had the audacity to say I’m stuck in traffic I’m doing another order before yours. So this guy has several orders in his car and decided to do my last. Causing my order to literally be delayed 30 minutes. Keep in mind I set delivery to be there at 1:30 and it arrived at 2:00. Remember this was a school delivery. Time is sensitive. I called the store directly and the person I spoke to didn’t do anything about it. I was so mad because this was for my child’s birthday celebration. His response was do you want to cancel the order? Really? You could offer to drive the pizza yourself? If the driver would have picked up my order it would have taken him 7 minutes to get to the school. But he decided to pick up another order in a whole different direction and then do my order last. I told this to the Pizza Hut worker and he didn’t seem to care. My child had to walk around school looking for her classmates with pizza boxes instead of having them all in one classroom because they had already swapped periods. Thanks a lot. I ordered from this location because it’s literally 7 minutes away from my daughters school but instead it took 30 whole minutes because the driver was in a whole different part of the city. I did the online survey and wanted a call back. Still waiting.

Called to make a delivery order saying that they can't deliver to my area which is only 5 minutes away cuz of the system wow

The way they made my bread sticks they look weird I asked for another marinara sauce they wanted to charge me after buying a veggie pizza and bread sticks .... Pray for me please...

Not sure who's managing this location now, but bring the old crew back, they made THE BEST pizzas at least. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza, and paid for extra cheese and extra pepperoni. When I went to pick up the pizza, I checked the pizza after checkout, and I noticed that there were barely any pepperoni, and barely any cheese, and it looked mostly dried up and old. Being that I already paid, was starving, and didn't wanna be complicated. I addressed my concerns with the cashier and cook I assume, she tried to convince me that a regular or of pepperoni would be even less than what I received, and the double/extra pepperoni is what I received. There were very little pepperoni on the ENTIRE pizza, I could literally count how few. She informed me that they're instructed to cut down on ingredients, however I feel of I'm paying for EXTRA I should recieve extra, I don't mind paying, but as I am a pepperoni lover, I'd like pepperoni throughout my pizza, and in every bite. Please improve on prep, if you're charging for extra, please provide extra, and start showing the pizza before charging.
