They missed my Pepsi while delivering and and when I called the Pizza Hut Rep said he will deliver again, but no one showed up for 45 minutes and when I reach out to pizza hut again, they said they are short with Pepsi so they cannot deliver now my pizzas cold and what A poor service!!!

I placed a carry out order online and when I got there, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that there were customers waiting, while employees talked in the back. Delivery drivers just looked at me and kept to themselves. Poor customer service.
Amazing food and great service!! I really loved this place , they really care about food prep and makes the best pizza . The workers here are happy and enjoy working there. You can tell the difference when someone enjoys a place to work. I really enjoyed this pizza.

Got the order wrong. It was delivery, so not much could be done, but not order from them anymore. It may seem like a little thing, but if I'm gonna pay for a meal and choose your business just pay attention and give me what I paid for. Their lack of attention diminished our experience. EDIT: See the vendors response below. Nice of them to respond. However, they waited 3 weeks, and then require that I have my ticket number or verification e-mail . . . because people save the documentation when they order pizza? This could be interpreted as very little interest in managing customer service, since they waited 3 weeks and require unrealistic documentation.
