Pizza Hut

I pre-ordered my food online only to get there and find that their system wasn't working properly. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. I asked for another cheese sauce, and he had the nerve to charge me. Wow! Good customer service is very scarce! On the upside, the pizza was hot, fresh and good!

Worst Experience EVER!! Horrible experience, order was late and delivery driver had it in a bag horizontal so everything was smashed!Then Order was completely wrong I tried to call the office to resolve and they let it ring then hung up. The worst Pizza Order experience we have ever had.

Friendly staff, food preparation was correct and decent. Location is getto.

Was given 25-35 minutes delivery time online. 1 1/2 hour later no pizza. Called the number connected to call center then local store. Told my pizza was picked up by door dasher…. I thought they had their own delivery service. 30 more minutes, no pizza. Called connected to call center then store… told system was down and they just received my order. Manager said guy who said dasher picked it up may not have known what he was talking about. Said my order would be coming but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be cold!!! take business elsewhere.

Dinning area need to be cleaned up.Placed order on line ( it did not go through ) I had 2 place order 2nd time and wait almost 25mintues

Pizza Hut is not as good as it use to be. Their pan pizza crust is not the best. The breadsticks were just ok, but overall it wasn't too bad.

My order was terrible ! Breadsticks were burnt and not cut . Sausage pizza was not made like it was suppose to be ( see pictures). I asked for light sauce and a cheese cup however I did not receive. Sausage tasted really bad. When I called the lady told me basically she knew the breadsticks weren’t burnt (see pics) . I was made to take it back not to get a refund because they don’t allow those but a credit . After seeing the inside of the location I wouldn’t order anything from there so a credit is useless. My son did like the wings . Everything else I returned . I will say the manager acted like she cared a little bit .

I was told that I couldn’t receive an item that comes with something I purchased even though it’s advertised in the menu. Atmosphere not very friendly or welcoming, second bad experience at this restaurant. Parking: Bad parking lot full of pot holes
