Pizza Hut

They never delivered my order. We tried calling repeatedly and they would just hang up without answering. After over 3 hours some lady called me and asked if I got my order. I said nope and she hung up. Moments later the door dash, that's what they use for deliveries, called my cell and told me they were not going to wait for my order and that this pizza hut didn't care at all. I have worked in customer service for over 18 years. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do NOT order from them. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Update, I tried to contact the customer service and nothing. If you have been scammed by this establishment, please contact me. It's time to get our money back.

I work at the hospital by this location. I ordered a pizza, a brownie and a drink they told me they had delivery but then they use DoorDash. I’ve never received my food and then they want me to contact DoorDash for a refund when I did not use DoorDash I ordered on the phone from this location very unprofessional I was charged $35 and never received my food and then they started getting smart because when I called to complain the young lady said she will fix my order and resend it. Come to find out it was a young lady getting food for her house that was off the clop that answered the phone and lied to me They never sent it and I had to go somewhere else to get food even though I spent $35 ridiculous I’m still trying to get my $35 refunded I will be contacting corporate in the morning
