They don’t take in person orders. We came first, but the person said he only takes care of online orders and in person orders have to wait after ALL online orders are processed even if you came BEFORE the online orders came in. We came with our 4 and 7 years old. They were really looking forward to this as it is their first time eating in a Pizza Hut. Then we were asked to wait for 30 minutes before being told they don’t take our order. Very very bad customer experience! Not kids or family friendly! Would not recommend to anyone!

Bad experience to order online.They dont have any delivery drivers.Thus door dash delivers the food.Left food outside the room.It was cold ,contacted store tonight manager nonchalant to sum up not his problem and no one to contact.If you cant order in person dont order nothing can be done if anything occurs out of ordinary.
The guy who took our order should not be doing anything related to customer service. He's got an attitude and doesn't seem to even want to be here. Waited until 11:46 for ANY pizza to be placed in the buffet!
Very frustrated. Ordered food at 2:30p to be done by 6:30p. Got there at 6:25p to pick up… and they hadn’t even fried the wings yet. Won’t be done until at least 7:20 - 50 mins later. This place needs to get it together.
0 stars. Called restaurant to confirm and out of stock product and guy answering hung up on me 3 times.
