The BEST PIZZA HUT IN HUNTSVILLE, AL HANDS DOWN!! I mean down to the service, the food and everything. It’s always clean and the people are always happy to serve you! I wish I could give more to them for such an amazing service. 10/10!! Please keep up the good work you guys!! I love it here

I ordered a pizza for delivery. Paid as asked. Waited , and waited ,and waited then called for update. My pizza was ready for pickup they connected me to the store. They did not answer and I hung up. When I got them to answer, they stated that it was ordered as a carry out. WRONG. I asked them to remake the pizza and delivery. They told me that they would deliver the pizza that had been sitting there for far beyond an hour, but a remake would not be possible. They stated that it was a cliche in app. As an ex restaurant owner, who had a successful fast food restaurant this place has not idea what customer service is…..and Pizza Hut needs to close them down.

Wow. Got my order wrong. Offered me a credit. I refused because I wanted my order corrected. Gave me an excuse about being short handed...ok, not my problem. I again requested my order to be corrected. She told me I could be nicer. Then hung up on me. Then someone else called me back, Offered me a personal size since my kids already ate half the wrong pizza. I declined that offer, then she requested to return the half eaten wrong pizza for me to get my correct order! Then tried to tell me that I could be nicer and more understanding...huh? What has happened to customer service in this country? I just my order corrected that I paid for. Way way too much drama for a pizza. I'll be taking my weekly pizza business elsewhere. Ridiculous. Returning to state this....so I sent my daughters back with the half eaten pizza to get the corrected pizza, and they were all rude to them! Are you freaking kidding me? Manager and district manager needs to be fired. Management is accountable for this type of service.

I got delivery, nobody knocked on my door or anything and just left my pizza at the door. Pizza is cold now and i have to put in the oven to reheat up.
