Pizza Hut

Found a shockingly long HAIR in the ONE pizza I ordered for my sons and I.Told them we’d have a pizza movie night and after I found that hair I couldn’t let them eat it. It was ordered at 10:00. It gets here at 10:40. They close at 11. I call at Pizza Hut at 10:45 to let them know and get a new pizza delivered or a refund if anything. Guy answers, I explain, he says nothing and just puts me on hold for 10 MINUTES. I call back and tell him I’m pretty sure somebody forgot me on hold. He tells me he’s gonna transfer me to the manager…. Who doesn’t even answer. I call back and now he’s not answering my call at all. Tried a couple more times, no answer. This is my third call and I’ve been waiting 25 minutes on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW. Ordered on April 18 at 10:00 PM. Not sure which gentleman was working this shift, but I just think it’s really lame of him to ignore us when all we wanted was a hairless pizza or a refund. So we’re eating cinnamon rolls for dinner and I’ll be in tomorrow in person since nobody knows how to do their job over the phone.

Special ordered pizza was made right and hot plus the lady at the window was super nice. Parking: regular parking

Ordered through the app, it arrived 45 minutes past the estimated delivery time and was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.

The pizzas we ordered were great, just as we ordered and ready at the stated time.

The employees at this restaurant are incredibly rude to every customer they come in contact with aside from a older gentleman in the back who was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. The old lady at the front desk repeatedly mistreated the customers in front of us because she was unable to understand what they were saying. 1 out of 10 would not recommend this particular location.

the mini buffet is gone and the cozy booths are now hard and only half booth also, the music is very loud and annoying now

Ordered delivery. Pizza got to me earlier than expected. Hot and fresh. Driver was awesome, so nice, considerate and friendly.

I hope the service was as good as the food.... The people working here treat people very poorly and badly, not to mention the bad way they look... Nothin' like a good faithful "Little Caesar"®️ THIS COSTUMER IS GONE!!!!
