Pizza Hut

Got our pizza but not our soda. Tried to call and ask for our soda, since we paid cash and nobody answers the freaking phone. Paid for a 2L of soda that we never got and can't get refunded so enjoy y'all's free money I guess.

We ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. 1) Italian pizza with stuff crust. 2) hamburger pizza on half and add onions with stuff crust. When we got home with the pizza the first pizza was fine. The second one was half hamburger and half onion. Meaning half of the pizza was an onion pizza. We called 5 times and they kept hanging up on us. Finally a man talked to us and said they didn’t have a pizza order with our phone number. I told him we had a call log when it was ordered, plus the 5 following calls. Plus we had a receipt. Then he hung up on us again. It was a mistake on their end but he didn’t want to discuss it or make it right. I won’t buy from them again.

Them liars I have a credit and them I don’t wanna give me the credit. Be careful guys them not honest people.

I'm not going to put a low review. The food, and the lady who answered to take my order was nice. BUT OMFG......please fix the website. It changed my order on me. Each item I added took 5 to 10 mins to load....I finally said f it, and call. Please just fix the site.
