Chris the manager and his team are great! I have witnessed all of them working so well together. Recently, I was picking up my food and it was POURING down rain and Brandy made an executive decision to stop deliveries until the rain let up, keeping her drivers safe. Food is always satisfying as well!!!
25+ minutes waiting on a cheese pizza is ridiculous. Y'all also need to figure out how to sync the app up with what's actually happening at the store. Drive through window sensor is busted, and the sign saying it's busted is flapping in the breeze.

It all starts with the greeting!!! I am always met with a warm and welcoming smile and addressed with enthusiasm. This is how sales and customer service should always be. If you are excited about a customer showing up then they, the customer, will be excited as well. A smile is contagious. Service here is exemplary. One greets and the others participate. I love the Pizza as well but I come back because of the fantastic service. Thank you to all that serve at this Pizza Hut!!!! Parking: They have ample parking for even their busiest times.
I never see the employees wear gloves when making the orders I been here a few times and never seen them wear gloves or wash hands before touching food.
I'm not sure who answers the phone to take orders but SHE was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude. We ended up ordering from a different location specifically because of that initial interaction with her.
Every parking space is marked for employees except the 4 in front that were already taken. There's not that many people working in the entire store! The app said my pizza was done, but I still ended up waiting for it because it wasn't. This location seems to be going down hill fast and nobody seems to care. Parking: 4 spots up front.... with all of them taken. All the rest were reserved for employees. Wheelchair accessibility: It isn't going to happen here. The disabled parking isn't ADA compliant due to a huge curb.
Ordered for delivery can't rate the atmosphere
The pizza was way too thin, there wasn't very much cheese at all and on top of that, I wasn't greeted for way too much time. AND, the first thing someone said made me think that they were trying to fix an order that had been messed up and my being there was to pick up what was to "fix" that.
AVOID this location. So disorganized. They tell you your food is going to be ready at a certain time, you get there and still have to wait almost an hour longer. Also, they can’t do refunds even though you pay cash. That’s crazy. Seems like they have no management at all.
