Worst service ever! My kids and I had to walk out with empty hands even after waiting for more than an hour to get one veggie pizza on March 14 2024 at 8:20 pm. After ordering, I waited for 35 mins and got to know that my pizza was not ready as they missed my order. They apologized and promised to make one in15 mins but they did not make one. They kept telling us the pizza is in oven. I had wasted one hour 10 mins and finally got pizza from Dominos instead which was ready in 15 mins. The employees at Tower road Gainesville Pizza Hut are not at all responsive and when asked for refund they said Manager is not available. I haven’t experienced such service any where in US.
