Pizza was delivered late and was cold, tasted like cardboard and I tried to call them but they didn’t answer!

I wish they would not use doordash for their deliveries as doordash is notorious for issues such as theft or expecting a tip before service in order to do their job. The food is delicious, though I just don't like their forced partnership with doordash for deliveries as doordashers take much longer. Doordash took so long that the pizza was cold and the driver still expected a tip when the pizza was cold, not even warm.
