They lose so much business with their call center. It's not worth the time. Call here, transfer, there. That store is closed leave a message. 3 hour tour to order. Takes way longer than Texas Roadhouse on Saturday.
Edit 2: I ordered from this restaurant 2 days ago. Again. Apparently delivery was sent via doordash even though I ordered from pizza hut website. First delivery never arrived. This order should have been canceled and refunded by the store. Store sent a replacement that did arrive 6 hours after my initial order, again by doordash. The second driver woke me up to get through my security gate. I was no longer interested in pizza, and told him not to deliver it. He told me I shouldn't "harass" people who know where I live, among other things. I love pizza hut, as is demonstrated by my repeated efforts to get it. I guess I'll have to start loving other pizza. Edit 1: I ordered from this store again tonight. First order was 44 minutes past promised delivery time and both pizzas were wrong. Called the store, error acknowledged, and an hour and a half later no pizza. Called store and waited, waited, waited on hold. Cory answered and transferred me to customer service in Cincinnati while I was mid sentence. They said I needed to speak with the store. Called again and waited, waited, waited. Was promised a refund 'when they find my order'. 18 minutes later had some guy want me to get pizza in the parking lot, more than 2 hours after the first wrong order was delivered. Hell no. I should have not given this store another chance. Order was never delivered. Phone number in email was never answered. Got 26$ worth of nothing.
