Pizza Hut

I came in to get three pizzas. The service was awful employees, yelling, talking loud messing up orders. The only thing good was the cashier with the black hat. She was very polite and remade our orders that that was wrong. This place needs training customer service.

Worst Pizza Hut experience I ever had in my life was from these store.

I will never eat from this restaurant if yall knew yall wouldn’t eat from here either. Where is the manager, this girl literally sitting on the counter while people taken their order etc. I only came in because I was picking up a delivery. The levels and disrespect this location has ewww. Shut them down #corporate?

The store customer service sucks and the employees dont even wear uniforms so you don't know who you talking to.

Do not deserve any stars, I ordered 3 pizzas and supposedly I had 2 Free because of my rewards and I decided to order another pizza. I only got 2 medium when I had ordered large, and they had regular crust when I had ordered thin crust. I told the delivery guy that I had ordered 3 and gotten 2, he had a horrible attitude and told me to call the store. I tried to call them 5 times, did not pick up the phone at all. The worst customer service and overall everything was bad. 0 star review.

Brought in a coupon for a pizza. After waiting for the employee to take my order I was informed that the coupon didn't work in their system. I work in the service industry. They should have been able to figure it out.

Been waiting over 2 hours for my food. Been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes!! This will be the last time I order from here.

This place never has employees in the building working. They sit in their car and then you have to wait for the pizza to cook because they are not monitoring the online orders because they are in their cars smoking. The store opens at 10am and never has anyone here on time. I am waiting for my food and I ordered 45 minutes ago. The OPEN sign is not even turned on. Terrible service and not very clean either.

Did not receive a 50 dollar order.

The employee was not trying to listen when I kept telling her my name it's not Eric. She spent most of the time talking to this guy who I assumes works there and was on break and a Walmart employer. The other guy proceeds to jump over the counter because she said she broke his brother's charger. We had already payed and she was too busy talking to them to hand back our change. The same boy who hoped the counter hands me my food (the Walmart boy wouldn't even move over while I was checking it). We had ordered the Parmesan and chili shakers and they only had chili did not offer a refund or a simple we got you next time. The whole experience was just so unprofessional I am not the first to say some needs to be more professional but they could have waited until we left to be carrying on like that. As for the all the corners have no sauce or toppings and the cheese bread was not even cut.
