It seems that quality goes from restaurant to restaurant. I took advantage of the $12 Supreme Pizza out on Preston Road and it was all I could do to contain my joy. Full of toppings, cooked perfectly, on time, it was wonderful. Where as I was so impressed last week, I tried again on my way home at the Pleasant Grove store and wow was it a different experience. Too bad. Overcooked, toppings were minimal. The only thing I can say is the attendant was polite and friendly. A big swing and a miss Pizza Hut Pleasant Grove, I guess I'll have to pick mine out on Preston Rd.
Today when I order my pizza there was a kind of a lot of confusion the workers looked like they was kind of overworked I was so glad that they came to work because they were really trying to be team players but it look like they didn't have their serving line in order and they messed up my order I ordered a specialty pizza with only beef and they put pork on my pizza I was very disappointed because I cannot have pork on my phone or my family in bedroom really upset me that there was pork when I got home and I was too far away to return the pizza but I was very upset about that. The cashier Nikki she was a great cashier she was trying her best to help out but again one of my pizzas was wrong which I lost out over 12.00
