My pizza arrived with no cheese (I ordered extra), dripping with the white sauce. Called store to come get the pizza/exchange it. Was argued with by the manager that he personally made the pizza and that it was correct. John, the supposed manager, did not offer any solution, verifies my phone number told me the GM would get back to me and abruptly hung up on me. I spent over $40 for this order to be delivered and be correct and not only am I sitting here w a cold pizza I won't eat, I was spoken to rudely and no solution was given. No refund offered and no exchange to correct the pizza. Have yet to receive any phone calls regarding this matter. I will never be ordering from my local pizza hut again and if you're expecting a refund when they mess up your order, think again!

I placed my order online and it was ready in 20 minutes. It was hot and fresh.

Don’t order delivery if you don’t live nearby. The manager and staff will place you on hold 3+ more times if your order doesn’t arrive. If you inquire about the status of your order, they will tell you they cannot contact the driver since it’s third party - DoorDash. If you put contactless delivery, rest assured you will get out of bed and meet your driver a few hundred feet OUTSIDE! Last of all, after you’ve tipped the dasher for their wonderful work, your pizza will be COLD!! No refunds either, since the manager does not care if your pizza arrived cold. It arrived didn’t it? Hangs up.
