Pizza Hut

I tried to order twice online, but the app would not pick up my card for payment. Nothing was wrong with my card. It was their app. It's very disappointing to say the least.

Believe the reviews. My family ordered from here tonight. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. We ordered online and I made sure not to choose a contactless delivery because I wanted to make sure my kids could eat ASAP when our order was delivered. It sat outside my house for 15 minutes because the driver never rang the doorbell. I never received the 2 liter I paid almost $5 for! One of my pizzas was suppose to be cheese well it had so many bubbles in it that half the pizza was burnt sauce. I call and ask for the manager sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever answered, called back and was put directly on hold without anyone ever talking. Sad that people in customer service treat customers this bad. Definitely deleting my account and getting my money back one way or another.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks that were life changing. 10/10 perfection. These are pizza Artiśts.

Had the absolute worst experience, EVER! I ordered the big pizza box with wings for $42 at 7:55pm. It took 2 HOURS for my order to be delivered. It was 10:00pm by the time the delivery driver got to my door. I tried calling both the delivery driver and the Pizza Hut several times through the whole process just for no one to answer. Once the delivery driver got to my door the pizza was cold and I told him I wasn’t willing to pay for the pizza anymore. He got upset and took the pizza with him and left. I then called Pizza Hut YET AGAIN and finally someone answered the phone. She was super rude to me and then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to do anything about it. So by the end of my experience with this Pizza Hut I was NOT happy. I normally LOVE Pizza Hut. I’ve never had any problem with any other location, just this one. So I suggest anyone looking for a good Pizza Hut location, not to choose this one! I am never going through this location again!

Terrible pizza. Fourth time I tried the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza……the crust is not the thin, cracker crust like it used to be. It’s doughy, soggy……. They must have changed their crust…… I’ll change where I get pizza from.

Their pizza is always hot and ready on time. Good quality for the price.

Could you please close so that a good pizza place or other restaurant can take your spot here? Pizza hut is simply incapable of making edible pizzas, you're just wasting space :( Sorry but it's true.

I asked for cheese sticks. They gave me bread stick. I asked for extra sauce. They forgot to give me extra sauce. Ahhh

Perfect stuff crust, I enjoyed it.
