Pizza Hut

Cheese and crackers this place is awesome! We went out to our car to pick up our order and our tire was flat. The guy who refunded us for our order (no drivers -they had closed at this point) was so kind and actually called me to see if we were coming to get our order. I really can’t believe the above and beyond customer service for this. Flat tire situation would have been that much worse and he made our night much better. Thank you Pizza Hut! Also the wings are hands down the best wings you can get at a pizza place and I think better than wing stop Buffalo Wild Wings or pluckers! Thank you!!!!

Over the phone customer service has been depleted from businesses. My food was not cooked thoroughly. The dough was very soft. I am done.

I wish I could rate it better because I was excited to have a Pizza Hut so close, but we’ve gotten it twice now and been disappointed both times. The pizza was undercooked but still somehow lukewarm even though we picked it up right when it said it was ready. And the breadsticks had so little seasoning I thought they may have forgotten it the first time but it happened both times lol. There’s a lot of other pizza places around here though so ‍♀️ Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly accessible, there’s a slight curb and the inside is quite small but could be maneuvered. The door is pretty heavy and opens outwards so if you don’t have a long reach that may be hard.

Chose the chicken alfredo pasta for carryout. I added broccoli. I thought it was really good. Good portion at a fair price. Will buy again!

Lauren is the sweetest delivery driver I’ve had from the cypress location! Bubbly personality and on point with letting me know she was on her way. Pizza was delicious but she made the Pizza Hut experience great
