The pizza and breadsticks were overcooked and the stuffed crust pizza barely had any cheese.And the food was room temperature. I wish it was made fresh before being delivered.

This Pizza Hut in my area has the best customer service and their delivery is always on time!!!

Beyond annoyed. I have not eaten pizza hut in years but because of this newest promo with the hot honey pizza and the great reviews that ive seen, I decided to give pizza hut a try. I paid 14.99 for the pizza, it took about an hr and a half to be delivered all for me to not get the right pizza. The special hot honey pizza is supposed to come with regular pepperoni, the crispy cup ones and Ofcourse the hot honey sauce. My pizza was missing the little cup pepperoni and the hot honey sauce. So i basically was overcharged for a regular 1 topping large pie. Now im calling trying to atleast get the difference back from what I paid rather then what I received and someone keeps hanging up the phone. I will never eat from here again. For anyone experiencing subpar treatment at this location, call corporate directly.

I placed an order on line for the first time last night. I paid for 2 extra containers of Cinnabon icing. I received 2 containers of blue cheese dressing instead. When I called the store, I was told that, because the items were small, they could not send the correct item! I was also told that I would be given a credit to my account for the items. Now, I cannot access my account, or put in a new one!
