Very nice lovely worker always a good experience and food was delicious

Let me begin by saying this is the dirtiest place I’ve seen. The staff needs to be retrained. They need a manager. They need guidance. They need organizational skills and leadership. I waited a hour just to told the dough was frozen. That they was not ready with prep. The whole team should be fired.!

Pizza is very inconsistent. This is my third time ordering here and today was the worst. One of my items was a stuffed crust supreme and it was inedible. It wasn't cooked properly and the crust tasted like old bread.

Pizza wasnt cut properly, not ready on time and didnt taste well cooked smh..

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had. Delivery was 90 minutes later than promised, then the order was incorrect. I usually try to be fair in my reviews and report on the positive with the negative, but screw these guys. Fully screw this place. Man, I used to LIKE pizza hut, too.

Stay away - scroll through the reviews and you’ll see management doesn’t even bother to respond to their feedback which tells you everything you need to know. I requested a refund after coming in to pick up my order (had already been charged online) and seeing these hard inedible rolls presented as “food.” The cashier FaceTimed some woman who I guess is a manager and had her yell at me through the phone that they “don’t do refunds.” I reached out to corporate and after over a month I’ve gotten nowhere. I was robbed, literally, paying for food my fam couldn’t eat. SAVE YOUR MONEY. RUN. RUN. RUN.
