Long wait times.

Tried to dine in. Was seated. Waited 35 minutes without even being checked on for a drink order. Left before I ever saw anyone coming our way to take an order always heard of people walking out due to terrible or non existent service, always thought it a urban legends spread by Karens, never thought I'd end up as one myself. This might have been acceptable in a busy environment but all the employees( 4 by my count) had time to gather on their phones while ignoring customers and leaving the restaurant dirtier than I have seen even the busiest of places. This was a frustrating experience and the staff should be embarrassed to have collected a check for their performance last night

Terrible! The restaurant needs a remodel and it is grossly unclean. I would not recommend eating here until major changes happen.

I got here at the scheduled time that it was supposed to be ready and they have not yet put the order in the oven. When you are promised the time you are expected to fulfill. It's understandable to be 5 minutes late but it is inconsiderate to be over a half an hour late

Pizza Hut is right near us and is very convenient. They have messed up our order several times. Our orders that they messed up were physically damaged one pizza slice says were flipped over and sideways in the box and laying on top of each other stuff like that happens. We've received somebody else's order before because we both had the same first name. We always do carry out their delivery fee is outrageous. We go to Pizza Hut because of their location in Bozeman. Vegetarian options: I'm not too sure what type of oil they fry with or if they fry their wings separately from their French fries in different vats so that the meat product does not come in contact with all the vegetarian options. Parking: They have a free parking lot with two rows of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp/incline available.

They customer service is terrible. They don't care if you get your order how you ordered it. Don't order extra sauce cups and expect to get them and the one you do get are filled half full.
