I went in early to pick up a pizza one fine Sunday and I think it was the GM taking/making the orders, but he had the best service and made the best pizza ever!
Update: I just had the manager call me and argue with me. She did not apologize for the mistake of my order. She also told me that my husband was fine and happy to take the pizza. That was not the case. He was angry and did not want to wait for them to make another pizza. I have never had a place call me and argue with me over their mistake??? She basically called my husband a liar and never apologized for anything. What a disappointment.... We were excited to find a Pizza Hut after all these years. When my husband went to pick up our order he was told, " well, we made a mistake and made a stuffed crust instead of pan. You can wait for a new pizza. He said no and brought home the stuffed crust pizza. I'm not sure why we weren't offered a refund, but I wasn't there to pick up and I placed the order online and paid online. The pizza was terrible! It tasted like cardboard. I also ordered breadsticks that were not cut. They were just bread with cheese on them. At least that taste ok. To say dinner was trash is an understatement.
I ordered delivery and they were 45 minutes late and gave me a completely different order. I called to complain and the staff was so rude and hung up the phone on me. This store should close down
Just ordered 2 pizzas and pasta from here and one of the pizzas was way undercooked. I've been on the phone for 40 minutes now just trying to get in contact with someone from the store while being hung up on constantly.
