We order from this store all the time. The food is excellent.

Food took an hour longer than what the website said, and when we took it home we found a fingernail clipping baked into it. They refunded the order and kept the tip. For your health and safety, stay away.

Overall, pizza ended up being delicious. However, after waiting first 25minutes I was told they were out of Pan crust. So instead of reaching out to me, I had to reorder my food when I got to the restaurant. Seems like there should be a way to let you know on the app when they are out of a particular crust.

Died from starvation waiting plus is expensive, so financially died too

There is one person working this store and one delivery driver, and to be honest, this woman is killing it. She is calm, and collective. She is doing an amazing job. Those of you calling, be patient, she is doing her best.

I need to really get in touch with a District manager or higher. The way I get treated by the general manager is totally rude. I order a 8 piece boneless wing and they send me very small pieces and didn’t equal up to 8 pieces, then the skin on a lot of them was off. Then I just ordered the boneless wings again and asked the general manager to please put extra Parmesan on the chicken and receive my delivery with the wings not having no sauce at all. I advice anyone else to not go in to this store.

Called to place an order, was told they dont deliver to me im 1 mile away, I have ordered online for delivery atleast 4x before from this store to the same address. So I just told him I'd order online, I shouldnt have because I should have known the man would mess up all my food on purpose, orderderd pep pizza light sauce, got a cheese pizza with extra sauce. paid for extra cheese sauce got none of that. and the most awful looking bread sticks I've ever seen. I'd rather him just say we don't feel like making a delivery right now then to spend 43 dollars and tip the driver $12 just to go inside and see how bad it was after the driver left. And didnt give me the reciept.

I hear a lot of negative things about this location. Luckily, I've had the best experience with customer service here every time I order from here.. I can't remember her name, but it started with an R. She was very nice and the food was hot and delicious. Keep up the good work!!

I’ve always had pretty good experiences picking up for carry-out at this location. A few times had to wait a bit but haven’t had an issue with the pizza and there are some decent deals through the app. Had a pretty good one today (photo).

Absolutely horrible. Order from anywhere else from here. Both of my pizzas came undercooked and not even cut. The only good thing was the polite delivery driver. I will never order here again.
