First of all, I very much appreciate Michael and his support. If this review was only about him, he would receive 5 stars... It had been a long day and we wanted something simple and fast and decided on pizza but didn't want Papa Johns so we opted for Pizza Hut. The online ordering process was really easy. The website tracker showed 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. Then I received a text alert that the pizza was out for delivery via Door Dash. Ten minutes passed then 20. When I called the store, I was told that they were behind but the pizza was out for delivery but should be there soon. More time passed. The next phone call I received was from Michael at Pizza Hut telling me that the Door Dasher was unable to find our condo. I remember putting in our condo in the Apt/Suite field but maybe, perhaps, it didn't cross over. Regardless, the Dasher didn't attempt to call me or text me to clarify our condo number since the entrance to our place is obviously a condo complex. Our pizza was then returned to Pizza Hut and they requested another Dasher to re-attempt to deliver our Pizza, an hour an a half after our original order... Michael, we really appreciate the $25 credit you provided but we will not be using that credit as long as you utilize Door Dash for deliveries. The Dasher never attempted to call us, text us, or even wait for the store to call us (which they eventually did and I promptly answered the phone!) to get this information. Door Dash, you ruined Pizza Hut...
