I went to this Pizza Location. I noticed my pizza was slightly undercooked. I didn't complain at first because it wasn't such a huge issue. Plus i was waiting for my ride. But when i got home i started to notice other things wrong with my order . I bought the Mini Cinnamon buns . They were cooked right but i had a long thick hair underneath one of my buns . I already eaten like two of them, so when i got to the one with the hair i gaged and almost threw up. I ordered 6 piece hot wings a couple of them were burnt so they didn't even look right to eat. I was so disappointed. My total order was 43.14 . I had bought a big order and other sides. Yet majority of what i bought i couldn't eat because of the condition of the food. Me and my kids were disappointed and hungry. I called back but nobody was picking up the phone. I called the next day and talked to the manager. He was nice and offer me a partial credit for pick up. I wanted a partial refund . He told me no unless a bring the food back. I told him i couldn't do it. Some was already eaten . I confirmed my receipt with him then asked if he could do a partial credit delivery he agreed. Im glad he was being nice a gave me a partial credit . But it still to much money to have to pay for them to get it right the first time And yes i paid for delivery cost and a tip. Decided to call customer service to get a refund. Im still waiting on a response. Ive been to this location before usually there ok. There were new people there this time But thats not a excuse.
