Pizza Factory

This place has gone to hell recently. I love the food but the service is terrible. The last 3 times we’ve ordered for delivery our order has shown up with missing items. We just tried ordering tonight and after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I called back and they clearly forgot I was on hold as they took our order right away. 15 minutes into trying to order food the girl on the phone couldn’t even figure out the food we were trying to order and just put us on hold without saying anything. We finally got through the order just for them to call us back 5 minutes later and tell us they didn’t get the order put in and we had to restart. I just gave up and we went somewhere else. It’s a shame because it’s the best pizza in town but the people they have working there currently are clueless.

Ordered an extra large combination Pizza with extra cheese and light sauce. This is for delivery and was told it would take 45 to 50 minutes, it ended up taking almost a full hour. Brought the pizza in and sat down open the box and it's very thin, light on the toppings with the exception of olives, does not have extra cheese and it wasn't even really hot any longer just lukewarm. Last time I will order from Pizza Factory. Pizza was pretty much inedible, ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away.

Good pizza and good beer .. can't go wrong! Update: new owners and staff. Worst pizza ever.

After spending nearly $100.00USD on two calzones, two Caesar salads, and a pitcher of beer; we were reprimanded and pushed to purchase an additional side salad when we grabbed some toppings for our salad at the salad bar. The atmosphere got really awkward and seemed really hostile. When our food was ready, we were confronted with to-go style dinnerware. We came to sit down and eat. The question, "Here or To-go?" had been inquired and answered. Unrighteously unwelcoming. We have stuck it out through the duration of devouring and enjoying our dinner but will not be returning to this location again unless under new management. While sitting here, I was exposed to an employee in her mid 50's blonde woman and her "shift leader" mid 40's Caucasian brown dark hair; complain inappropriately about a worker that is not currently present. Disturbing, I claim, the amount of unprofessionalism! I would take out all of management and start from scratch and not give good references to these particular employees as described above on the payroll on January 1st at 5:07pm. Best of luck Pizza Factory! Your recipes are great when made with Love. NOT SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY.

This is the second time that I had to wait for an hour and a half for my pizza and my wings period. The wings Parmesan wings were not even Parmesan. They’re late again this is ridiculous. We should come to this pizza joint all the time until it took over a different owner. Now the place just sucks. I feel bad whoever’s or is here.

Called in a pick up for 3 pizzas, the gal answering phone got my number wrong 3 times. She told me 20-25 minutes. Came in 25 minutes later to pick them up. The service was horrible, none of them could tell where the pizzas were. Then they figured out they had not been started. 4 people standing around looking at each other. $80 for three large pizzas and clueless service. Not one of them apologized. Will never go there again.

I try and want to give a good review, but tonight is not one of them. I put an order in at 7:25pm via online. It said my order pick up time would be 7:50pm. I arrived at 7:46pm, upon my arrival and this is from my observation, I noticed the staff was just goofing off and standing around. The older lady that was there was helping out a customer. Finally one of the other staff members called me up to the counter and asked if I am there to pick up and order, I said yes. I gave him my name. He then asked everyone in the kitchen if they have my order ready. Come to find out it wasn’t ready at all..The tall dude said oh here’s the ticket. It was just hanging there. Mind you, they were NOT busy at all, so that is not an excuse. The young blonde girls expression pretty much gave it away that they either forgot, or couldn’t care less that they had a ticket sitting there for 30 minutes. The girl said it will be a couple minutes. I was almost about to say forget it, because I knew they didn’t even start it, but I was there because I wanted to support the fundraiser where 15% of their sales is for the safeguard. They literally rushed my order. So 15 more minutes goes by and they finally have it ready; but, what I saw with the staff while waiting was very poor. The older lady was confused about a couple orders, one about one girl not apparently paying and the other about an order that was there for a pick up, but she then said it was supposed to be delivered and then the young blonde girl had to recheck the order that was sitting on top of the oven and said no it says it’s for pick up and the older lady said oh you’re right it is. My bad. All while the other half of the staff looked like a deer with a headlight on them. It was very unorganized in there. I don’t know who the owner is or the manager is of this establishment, but they need to train their staff on better time management and a manager that can actually run the business. The tables and floors were dirty as ever, a couple people just standing around doing nothing, when they should have been cleaning. After seeing all the recent reviews and how similar they are to mine, the poor rating is very bad for business. I’m sure I’ll get the same response as the other reviews, but clearly if it is still happening, nothing is getting done and the owner obviously doesn’t care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I only gave two stars because the pizza came out pretty decent with how fast they had to get it done.

Wow this place went downhill fast…ever sense the new owner Shanghai’d her entire previous set of staff - food is atrocious, wait times are ridiculous genuinely might aswell just go to dominos at least then you know what you are paying for ‍♂️

This is my second post my first time was great a little skimpy on the toppings but good . My second just 2 days ago totally sucked I xalkwd in at 5pm they said 25-30 minutes cool I'll go down and have a beer and wait . So at 5:45 nothing at 6 what did you order and I told them well we don't know what happened they made a second one no refund of any type no up grade I should have asked for the manager. But didn't I wasn't a happy camper so from order time to when I left an hour and 20 minutes so that was not an enjoyable experience I may just have to find a new pizza place
