I got a chicken parm sub from here that was litterally 2 chicken tenders on a sub roll with cheese and no sauce lol

Ordered 10pm on a Saturday night after a volleyball tournament for my 16-yr-old daughter. She’s not a picky eater. She loves chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She is fine eating it from a high end Italian restaurant or from Dominos or from a frozen meal. She’s good with it all. She said this was THE absolute worst Alfredo she has ever had. Said the noodles on the bottom tasted burnt and there was very little Alfredo, more like a thick cheese on top and then water in the bottom half of the container. Had to toss it out it was so inedible. Would NOT recommend. Second to this, the employees aren’t happy, friendly people. Guy on the phone that took my order had an annoyed tone from the second the call started. Delivery driver had an attitude when he called to let me know he was there. When the guy who took my order asked for our room number I said in surprise, “oh! You guys deliver to the room?” And he said yes. Delivery driver called to let me know he was in the lobby and when I asked if he was bringing it up, he gave me an attitude. Not sure how they have even 3.5 stars.

If you have a disability or believe in disability rights, please DO NOT support this establishment!!! I have truly never seen such horrible discriminating customer service not just from a delivery driver, but from so-called “management”. They must want to close down or to continue losing money because that’s exactly what is going to happen when there are far better options in the neighborhood and people are not going to waste their money at a place that doesn’t know how to cater to the customer. I live in Pig Town and I was told by the driver at 6:50 PM that because it was the evening that I had to leave my house and pick up my delivery from the car. The excuse was that supposedly the driver have been robbed before and that’s why he no longer get out the car. What am I paying a delivery fee if you are not delivering my food?!?! I called the store. The manager was feckless, pathetic, and clearly should not have been in any type of management position. I was told that my wings could be brought back to the store. Another delivery driver would be able to drop it off however, they would not be able to make me a new batch of wings even though they would most likely be cold because the store didn’t want to lose money. Also the NEW driver would also NOT get out the car so what’s the point of a new driver?!?! I explained to the manager that this was all very ablest. You don’t know the reason why people get delivery, and the assumption is that I have the ability to be able to walk out of my house walk to the car and walk back to my house with the order. This concept went completely over his head, and he said that he does not have the ability to make the driver deliver my food even though he’s a manager. A complete waste of my time, and I will tell everyone about it, and I hope that no one ever spends one penny, one dime, one nickel, at this place.
