This place is so good and you choose your own ingredients. Both the soup and the stir fry are amazing. Really spicy though so be warned.
This place needs to be check by the city. The lady touches all the food without a glove and people are eating the food. After I saw her refilling the veggie with her hands , I lost my appetite.
Been to this place a couple of times. I really love their Maratang on a cold gloomy day. If you are having it for the first time, I wouldn't recommend any cilantro leaves into the mix and ask for the yellow pickled radish if they forgot to serve it. Spicy level 1 might be a good choice for the beginners.
Try the stir fried version instead of soup version at Pixiu! I’ve been here many times, but just recently decided to give the stir friend version a try, and it’s bomb!! A common rookie mistake I’ve noticed is ordering too much, so be sure to tread lightly at the food bar since it’s all measured by weight. Another key tip is to opt for the 0.5 spicy level if you like spicy but not too much. 0.5 spicy here is comparable to the heat level of Xin ramen. I’ve tried the soup hot pot before, and I loved it, but stir fry is next level good. Highly recommend.
