Pitango Gelato Fells Point

I left because of ridiculous non moving line sat for over 10 minutes...Just wanted a coffee, went next door to starbucks

Edit: a poor customer service experience has soured my impression of this shop. Knocking off a few stars for this reason and unsure if I'll be back. ---- Amazing gelato. This place puts Taharka Bros and the nearby Fells Point Creamery to shame. My only complaint is service was SLOOOOW because they have only one person working on a Saturday afternoon.

Mediocre size for $7.50.. Save yourself the money, and go somewhere else. Also, for such high pricing, you would expect stellar customer service.

The shop is cute and in a neat location. Fells point is so beautiful. The large man serving me was so rude and practically barked at me, it made me feel rushed even though I was one of the only people in the shop. Majito was nice but definitely not worth the price. Looking back I wish i choose not to support this business.

Friendly staffs, decent flavor selections. The Mojito sorbet is an interesting pick, refreshing but not too overpoweringly minty. Really small cup for the price you paid.

The best Gelato and wedding cake cookies

Guy working was awesome but it didn't make up for the exorbitant price or impersonal atmosphere of the place. Felt like every other overpriced chain. Gelato was good but go down the road to vacarro's and get double the amount for the same price or less with a more authentic experience and additional options. Otherwise just go in to the market area across the street and get taharka's for ice cream.

Love the Affogato with hazelnut gelato. The espresso shot was exactly what I needed. Excellent service. Parking: Street spots are available right outside the door.

This is the only ice cream place that offers cardamom ❤️♥️
