Pita Pan

Horrible customer service tonight with the girl that answered the phone. I have literally ordered almost every night from this place. At first food was. Great, exactly as I ordered. Last 3 orders not so great. I'm no longer ordering here. I called to let them know that there was two hairs in my one of my orders and that there was no double meat as requested and expected as it was paid for, instead of spicy feta, I got double the feta that the entire gyro is salty, the girl tonight who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. When I went back to tell her, she WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK, SHE SPOKE OVER ME. Very rude and her response was contact uber eats. Uber eats isn't the one who prepares the order?! I did have a few particular words with her and hung up because how do you not listen to a customer? We have two ears and one mouth for a reason, it's more important to LISTEN than to speak. She must be some high schooler who has yet to learn how the real world actually functions. Never the less she needs to be fired or find a job that doesn't entail with humans because she is just disgusting and a pitiful ball of cells. I called back, the phone wasn't answered. On the 3rd recall, some guy claiming to be the manager, said his name was Mohammad, only he knows if that's true, stated he would "talk" to the staff. Message to the Pita Pan owner, your staff is giving your business a bad reputation and look for your customers because you just lost one. And you'll keep losing customers with the nasty customer service your employees serve to people. I understand that me. Cursing at her was inappropriate, but the female individual who answered the phone clearly was not prepared nor has the knowledge of how to interact with customers. I threw out all the food. I'm never ordering again.

Waited for over 30 minutes for my food despite placing the order 30 minutes prior. When asked how much more longer it would take for my order to be completed the woman gave me an attitude because I asked her the wait time. They weren’t even busy. Please hire people who know how to speak to customers. Also, the food isn’t as good as it used to be. The woman said to me that the reason why my order wasn’t ready yet is because the French fries weren’t ready yet. So it took them 1 hour to give me French fries that weren’t cooked as well as old and over fried popcorn chicken. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Never coming back!

Delicious. Pita chips on point, popcorn chicken was wow, lamb and beef gyro pita was tasty. Also got a chicken souvlaki pita, good but preferred the lamb&beef gyro. Definitely coming back!

Usually the gyros are fresh but i got a horrible timing i guess. This was a sunday evening. The gyro is cold,burnt,disgusting. I hope this was a one time thing

Great food and great customer service.
