Sad excuse for stolen Arab food Lmaoo. Falafel was so cold & flavorless.

Horrible, rude service - ordered falafels with salad and when order arrived incomplete they called me a liar and refused to complete order.

Terrible shawarma. Charged me for my pita. They don't have fries, I mean which restaurant doesn't have fries. They wanted to charge me for hot peppers in my shawarma. And to top it all of they had vegetable soup on the shawarma place. The only good thing in the entire store was the pita. And they didn't even make it

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Horrible. A nasty and rude young Jewish manager with impolite and disgusting, dismissive and inattentive behavior. No intelligence! Terrible food, terrible management. The food is not fit for humans. Or dogs for that matter. The place is dirty and is going to close soon! No one in NYC would miss it.This place is trash! Please STAY AWAY ! Should have listed to that little voice saying; "Get out before it's too late.!!!

Consistently delicious, prompt, and reasonably priced. Negative reviews are bizarre. I've never had a problem and ordered a dozen times.
