Not sure what else I can say that hasn’t been said already, but wow, so fresh and delicious

meat, cheese, sometimes arugula artichokes tomatoes, hot spread or dressing, bread. large (massive actually). Delicious. if not watching sodium and cholesterol. small place, quick service.

Hero was good but not outstanding and it gave me pretty bad indigestion despite having an iron stomach.

Sandwiches to last two meals for cheaper than most places in New York. Their ingredients are authentic, fresh, and fantastic. I visited with a group of 8 for a class trip to New York from Florida and honestly Pisillo's was the best food we had in New York. We couldn't have been luckier in picking a place to stop for lunch.

Hands down best Italian sandwich in Manhattan

Authentic! Love going into this little gem! Sandwiches big enough to feed 3! The cute of meat are so fresh the bread was awesome will definitely go again huge recommendation. FYI they are cash only and won’t disappoint
