It was a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly. Well they have a coffee maker in the room, I did ask for an electric kettle and they brought it up right away.

**BEWARE**Avoid**méfiez-vous**避免**避開**ਬਚੋ ** umgehen** mangilag** 피하다** evitar** اجتناب کردن I must say I have never had so much to say about a hotel but here it is. If you value your safety, hygiene, sleep quality and polite staff this is not a good place. If you only care about the view go for it. This place is a one of a kind experience that’s for sure. My wife and I decided on a spontaneous romantic get away for the weekend to Vancouver and we found what we thought was a nice hotel room and booked it. ( apparently the photos online are completely fake as it was not even close to what was shown or we were shown their top suite) When we arrived we were told they didn’t have the room we booked and we would have to sleep in separate beds. Exhausted from travel we took the room with a promise to have their best room prepared us the following day. When we arrive in the room and I was shocked how dated it was. I wish I was over reacting/exaggerating this but the truth is the carpet was lifting off floor, wall paper was peeling off the wall and fire alarm ripped off wall with exposed wiring. We reluctantly get settled into bed and about to drift to sleep and the phone rings at 1:30am from the front desk apparently they found our room. We pack up and head downstairs with our luggage and change keys and head to our new room. We arrive at our new room to be disappointed again it was on a low floor with lesser view, more peeling wallpaper, screws missing from fixtures, a heater we had to turn off as it makes a loud sound every time it kicks on. We got placed next to the pool with lots of noise and an overwhelming smell of chlorine. If the booking was refundable we would have left. The next morning I jump in the shower only to find it doesn’t drain properly and I’m forced to get out and my wife is unable to shower. We let the front desk know and we go on our day and they apologized and said we would be upgraded to a suite the following day. And would see if someone could fix it while we are out. The next morning it seemed our towels were all used up??? I put in a call to house keeping. We had plans so my wife jumped In the shower and ended up using hand towels to dry off as these towels didn’t arrive until at least an hour later as we left before they came. Arriving at the “suite” was also disappointing it’s just adjourning outdated rooms. Like the others minus the peeling wallpaper and a small balcony/sunroom thing. But it came with an extra bonus of a adjourning room on the opposite side of the “Suite” that’s occupied by someone with children constantly trying to enter our room through that door and waking us up with noise. Staff did try to make thing up to us but it was nothing but let down after letdown We were given breakfast vouchers for them not having our original room but when we arrived to use them they ended the breakfast buffet service an hour early? We were given $15 off lunch for having to move rooms at 1:30 am we decided to order a late lunch my wife went to pick it up only to return to the room in tears as she was treated very rudely apparently they are only good until 4:30 even though we ordered it before 4pm but she was rudely dismissed when trying to explain this. When I booked the room there was promotion for a $200 prepaid master card if booked 2 or more nights. I booked 3 nights and was told this will not be honoured as I needed to click a certain link and apparently I did not??? After I booked I received an email stating I would get a free bottle of wine and 25% my stay if I signed up for pinnacles club program this was also not honoured even though I have a replay email saying to go request my bottle if I didn’t receive it. What was promised? Relaxing room with a view 20% off booking for visiting from my province 25% off for being club member Free wine Free breakfast Discount coupons for lunch $200 master card What we got Moved from room to room each with its own set of problems Rude service Doubtful discounts my visa was already charged before checkout. Rooms: Out dated in need of repair Safety: Missing smoke alarms? Exposed wires? Food & drinks: No room service. Rude. Great location. Our Room is a bit dated. A bit noisy air conditioner. No fan in bathroom so gets quite steamy after a shower. Wonderful pool, hottub and gym. Opens early which is great. Cleaning staff are wonderful caring ladies. Restaurant in the hotel is great. Enjoyed a breakfast.

1st time using that hotel and very unsatisfactory experience due to poor internet service. Internet was not working, and i was requested to try it i. 4 different rooms with different floors, which resulted in same outcome. 40min later of using my personal time, I made a stop to it when requested to do more. Interet was not working well and not accepting this. I was asked to go Marriot across the street, connected right away, and the internet was working fine. I was moving to this hotel after over 1h of my time wasted to troubleshoot the hotel internet issues. Poor service and leadership to manage this. Later, i heard that pinnacle changed their provider, and clients complain about it with little to no results.

The hotel staff were great. They explained the rooms and location. Easy instructions. The view was awesome. WATER as soon as we opened the door and the little patio was great. Just a tad chilli for February Vancouver style! Clean rooms. All the things you need in a room. Coffee and tea available with sugars and cream if need be. Breakfast: You are given a card at the check in for the breakfast. ( if you chose to have one) - Read the times available for breakfast - Present the card at the time of seating. You walk in to an open lounge seated area followed by the bar on the left a seating of high and low tables. All glass surroundings. View of the Harbour from the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. ;) Great staff, friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee carafe we had at the table,always a great feature for us lovers of the Java! Pavel was great and kind. Thank you! Brunch: Brioche French Toast times two - with some fruit on the side. Was a short brunch for us as we had a few more stops to go.

Within walking distance of Stanley park. Polite, friendly staff. Rooms: A large room with good views. I was hesitant about using the television since it seemed easy to navigate to a "must pay" section. The bathroom door was a sliding one and didn't lock. The room was equipped with the standard shampoo, conditioner etc. But notably was missing a microwave.
