Pinkberry

I love pink berry but this Franchise does things differently. I’d wish they remove the pink berry brand and just sell yogurt. There was no fruit available, they lacked Luxury toppings, and charged extra for their sauces, didn’t display the prices, employee was not wearing pink berry uniform to look uniform with the brand, The free reward was a discount rather then an actual free reward free reward. Customer service wasn’t up to pinkberry standards. Lights were off, screens were off, toppings were covered , they aren’t using pinkberry. This owner is doing the best they can. Not the best pinkberry does!

Worker was too busy taking care of her child in the back room.. had to wait a long time for service and she rushed us out.. I really enjoy Pinkberry but would not recommend this location

Food is good when they are open but very often, they are closed during hours they indicate as open (most recently, Wednesday at 2pm). Also, employee sometimes has children running around in the back room. I understand that perhaps one doesn't have caretakers so they may have to bring their children in but it keeps the employee distracted as other commenters alluded to.

I always come to this Pinkberry location, but today I had something very unpleasant, I think the girl served me, she charged me even the air I breathed, she had never charged me for candy, and even for everything, I think it is unfair, you are stealing money from bad people

This place always has an excused for being closed. Horrible drove all the way from CT, update google for days tour closed! How about that?

El yogurt es delicioso pero en ese sitio es pésimo el servicio inclusive ese día estaba cerrado porque la que trabajaba salió de shopping y se tardo y cuando llego no se lavo la mano. En fin pésimo servicio es ese lugar. O lo recomiendo

Love this location. Super clean, good service, and the manager, Jen, is very sweet, friendly and professional.

Place is welcoming, bright and very clean. They have places to sit down and the movie theater is a few steps away.

I just walked in at 840pm. Asked if there were any fruits (since I didn’t see any kind of fruit toppings behind the counter) and employee said “girl I close at 9. You walk in at closing time, you don’t get no fruit.” It isn’t a crime to try to catch an establishment before closing time but she sure made me feel like it. Bye shagirla

The placed was closed at 6pm on a very hot day where everyone was waiting to have Ice cream. The worker was alone and hanged a “Be right back” sign. Not an emergency whatsoever. I waited close to 30 mins to be served. The management Really needs to change here. I’ve been to many Pinkberry this is the worst and it can improve by just replacing the staff.
