Pink Love Donuts and More (Miami)

Sub par food/service. Our waiter was kind, the manager was not. The pictures on the menu do not align with the meal you will actually receive.

Small portions, food overpriced for the price you pay. they automatically add 18% service charge to your check, even for take out items (not legal). They don’t even tell you service charge was added, so when you are paying , it gives you the option of adding more tips. Paid $7 in service charge and tip combined, for a check of $15. Felt like I was cheated and robbed. Don’t even ask for a glass of water, they will charge you for it. Will not go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Unfortunately we were disappointed and left wanting. We are super excited donut connoisseurs, stoked about visiting Pink Love Donuts for our much anticipated cheat meal. The toppings of the specialty donuts were tasty but the actual donut dough was stale/dry for all four donuts we selected: Guava, Snicker, Dulce de leche & Tiramisu. As you may see, they weren't worth finishing. Their house iced caramel latte looks great, but taste like a regular iced coffee. Nothing special and grossly over priced. So we didn't drink much of it. Luckily we also ordered the bacon egg donut sammich - That was delicious! This scored well enough for a redo. So far this spot went one for three hence the stars. We'll circle back for another bfast soon. Their French toast is beckoning.

It’s a forgettable looking place, with ok but pretty expensive donuts for what they are. But the part that really got to me was the automatic 18% service charge on a takeout order. I won’t be going back.

I made the special trip all the way from Toronto, Canada this time. I went to the Oakland Park location last year. The website advertises vegan donuts! When I arrived, I was told they stopped making vegan donuts 5 months ago in summer 2023 - this is so sad ☹️☹️☹️ why?? I cannot eat anything but vegan, so I will have to support another business. I wish the website made it clear that Miami Beach does not sell vegan donuts.

My wife and kids love this place, but the service is not that awesome so 4 stars.

Great food, great service. Would dine here again.
