We absolutely love ping pong. Visited here in December last year but just getting round to the review now. Anna and the team were so helpful and attentive. We had previously had a questionable experience which I brought to their attention. However, the way that places handle criticism is also something to be noted I think. We were invited back the next time we were in London, and it did not disappoint. The food here is out of this world and my whole family love it. Honey chilli chicken and chicken katsu, Sensational. All of the staff went above and beyond and we left feeling absolutely astonished at the experience we had received. We cannot wait to return soon and would highly recommend it to absolutely everyone in London. The location is fab. Everyone should try PINGPONG !!

Me and my partner went because reviews seemed to be good. Who is writing them, the employees or their families?! We had tiny dishes with the basic we had asked for. We paid £8.45 for 3 duck spring rolls. They were the size of an index finger! For that money I was expecting something a bit bigger or at least more of it! I had to order something else, so I ordered chicken skewers, and they were nice, but only that! There is no veg or anything that comes with these things, that was another 8 or 10 pounds! Could the prices be justified if the food was out of this world?! The food was pretty normal! I felt ripped off and I regreted not to have bought some of the nice food that was on offer at the market stalls next to the restaurant. On the other hand, I had a problem with the waiter, who wanted to clear my table each time before I had even finished eating. The napkins, we had to ask for them, in the end, out of frustration, I had to use a piece of kitchen towel I had in my bag. I did not want to get angrier and angrier. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, when I always do. I suppose that I do of things when I am impressed, but not this time. I wish I could present the evidence in images! We left, and no member of staff acknowledged that we were leaving. We gave a tip because we felt bad not to do so, but honestly, it did not deserve it at all! Vegetarian options: There were a few
